Richard has 25 years’ experience leading change and service delivery across investment banking, derivatives broking and retail banking in the USA, Europe, and Asia. He spent 13 years with Societe Generale CIB in various senior roles in Operations, Finance and Technology before spending 12 years with Newedge, one of the UK’s 30 high impact financial firms. More recently Richard was Chief Administrative Officer of the Co-operative Bank from May 2015 – May 2016, where he led banking operations and the operating model transformation. Richard has been on the Board of interactive investor since October 2015 as a Non-Executive Director and became CEO in March 2017.
